A three day workshop was organized by the Bhutan Narcotic Control Agency (BNCA) at the Police Training College, Tsimasham from August 9th till 11th.  The workshop was organized with the following objectives:

• Develop the National Drug Control Framework based on the submission made by relevant agencies.
• Refine the report and the reaffirm the submissions
• Establish enforcement coordination, data collection system and information sharing

The workshop was attended by representatives and focal persons from regulatory, law enforcement and implementing agencies. A total of 11 participants attended the workshop representing Royal Bhutan Police (RBP), Drug Regulatory Authority(DRA), Bhutan Agriculture and Food Regulatory Authority (BAFRA), Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs (MoHCA), Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC), Department of Trade (DoT), Department of Youth and Sports (DYS), Royal Monetary Authority (RMA) and Bhutan Narcotic Control Agency (BNCA).
